दिल्ली में क्राइम की घटनाएं कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। आज शुक्रवार को दोपहर बाद विनोद नाम का व्यापारी नरेला की नई अनाज मंडी के पास बैंक से 80 लाख रुपए लेकर निकला था और स्कूटी में पैसे रखकर जैसे ही चलने लगा तो एक मोटरसाइकिल पर सवार तीन युवकों ने उसे रिवाल्वर की बट मारकर नीचे गिरा दिया और दो हवाई फायरिंग भी की और 81 लाख रुपए लूटकर लुटेरे मौके से फरार हो गये ।
– फिलहाल नरेला थाना पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी है अभी तक लुटेरों का सुराग नहीं लग पाया है। लेकिन लगातार हो रही इस तरह की घटनाओं ने दिल्ली की कानून व्यवस्था पर सवाल जरूर खड़े कर दिए हैं।

थाना अलीपुर में एक पीसीआर कॉल प्राप्त हुई जिसमें बताया गया कि 19 वर्ष का एक लड़का बंटी जो रात में सूर्यदेव रजवारा में सोया था, कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दे रहा था। और आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए एएसआई अनिल को सौंपा गया था। सूचना मिलते ही स्थानीय पुलिस जीटी करनाल रोड स्थित सूर्यदेव राजवारा बैंक्वेट हॉल में मौके पर पहुंच गई। वहां एक अस्थायी बने टेंट के ढांचे में एक सोफे पर मृतक बंटी पुत्र राजू प्रजापति निवासी ग्राम चरोरा तहसील अनूपशहर जिला बुलंदशहर यूपी उम्र 19 वर्ष का शव पड़ा मिला.
मौके पर क्राइम टीम को बुलाया गया जिसने घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण किया और एसओसी की तस्वीरें लीं। मृतक के शरीर का निरीक्षण किया गया और मृतक के शरीर पर कोई ताजा चोट नहीं देखी गई। मौके पर प्रारंभिक जांच की गई, जिसमें सामने आया कि मृतक एक मैनुअल कर्मचारी है, जो सूर्यदेव रजवारा भोज में अस्थाई रूप से बिजली मिस्त्री का काम करता है। घटनास्थल से उसका फोन भी गायब मिला। स्थानीय पूछताछ में यह भी पता चला कि मृतक रात करीब साढ़े नौ बजे खाना खाकर आया था। मृतक का एमएलसी नंबर 225424 के माध्यम से मेडिकल परीक्षण कराया गया, जिस पर चिकित्सक ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। थाना अलीपुर में आईपीसी की धारा 302/34 के तहत दर्ज की गई और जांच की गई।

टीम ने आरोपी व्यक्तियों की पहचान करने के लिए तकनीकी निगरानी और मैनुअल जानकारी पर काम किया। टीम द्वारा अपराध स्थल और भागने के सभी संभावित मार्गों पर 20 से अधिक सीसीटीवी कैमरों के फुटेज का विश्लेषण किया गया। प्रारंभिक विश्लेषण से पता चला है कि संदिग्ध पीड़ित और फार्महाउस का कोई परिचित था। फार्म हाउस के सभी कर्मचारियों और कर्मचारियों से लगातार पूछताछ की गई और प्राप्त तकनीकी जानकारी के साथ उनके बयानों की पुष्टि की गई। इस कवायद से इंस्पेक्टर सचिन मान की देखरेख में एएटीएस/ओएनडी की टीम मृतक के गांव शिवा भारद्वाज पर शक कर सकी क्योंकि सीसीटीवी कैमरे में उनके जूते देखे जा सकते थे

लगातार पूछताछ के दौरान उसने इस तथ्य का खुलासा किया कि उसने मेरठ, यूपी के अपने दोस्त सोफियान के साथ मिलकर मृतक बंटी की हत्या की थी। शिवा की गिरफ्तारी के बाद इंस्पेक्टर राजीव कुमार, इंस्पेक्टर रवि कुमार, एएसआई अत्तर सिंह, एचसी दीपक, एचसी विशाल, एचसी सिद्धार्थ, सीटी कर्मबीर, सीटी पंकज समेत इंस्पेक्टर सतेंद्र सिंह तोमर/एसएचओ अलीपुर की निगरानी में थाना अलीपुर की एक टीम ने मेरठ में आधी रात को छापेमारी की. , यूपी और अन्य आरोपी सोफियान को दबोच लिया और उसके कब्जे से मृतक का मोबाइल फोन बरामद कर लिया।

आरोपी शिवा ने एक माह पूर्व मृतका के एटीएम में चोरी कर उसमें से पैसे निकाल लिए थे। मृतक को इस बात का पता चला और वह अपने चोरी हुए पैसे वापस मांग रहा था और भुगतान न करने पर वह अपने पैतृक गांव की घटना के बारे में बताएगा। इसके बाद, आरोपी शिवा ने बंटी को मारने के लिए सोफियान, जिससे वह कुछ महीने पहले मिला था, के साथ साजिश रची। वे दोनों 07 वीं दोपहर को आनंद विहार में एक साथ मिले और फिर एक साथ अलीपुर की यात्रा की। वहां पीछे से दीवार फांदकर फार्म हाउस में घुसे, टेंट में घुसे जहां मृतक बंटी सो रहा था और कंबल से गला दबा कर हत्या कर दी. फिर वे मृतक का मोबाइल ले गए और पीछे की तरफ से भाग गए और जामा मस्जिद के पास एक लॉज में रात भर रहे। वहां से सोफियान भागकर मेरठ चली गई, जबकि शिवा सुबह फार्महाउस वापस आ गया और बहाना बनाया कि कुछ नहीं हुआ है। इसके अलावा, अपराध करते समय शिवा ने झूठा नाटक किया, जैसा कि सीसीटीवी फुटेज में देखा जा सकता है, पुलिस को ट्रैक से हटा दिया लेकिन पुलिसकर्मियों की प्रशिक्षित आंखों को धोखा नहीं दे सका।

आरोपी शिव भारद्वाज पेशे से इलेक्ट्रीशियन है और अलीपुर के सूर्यदेव राजवारा बैंक्वेट हॉल में अस्थायी रूप से इलेक्ट्रीशियन का काम करता था। आरोपी सोफियान यूपी के मेरठ का रहने वाला है और पेशे से मजदूरी करता है। दोनों कुछ महीने पहले बुलंदशहर में मिले और दोनों में गहरी दोस्ती हो गयी
